It’s here, the latest album from your favorite Dirt Circuit entertainers, recorded live at the Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival in Los Angeles last July. POPPYCOCK is the result of dozens of minutes, even a few hours, of alcohol-infused rehearsals in the back yards of these dedicated artists. You may have to buy or rent a DVD player, but that’s a small price to pay for the literally hundreds of belly laughs you’ll be rewarded with when you hit PLAY. Contains the latest Puke & Snot nonsense they performed at the Minnesota and Maryland RenFests in ‘23, including the inspired “Who’s On First” parody wherein Puke fails to understand the difference between the last two leaders of China, Xi and Hu. Get it. Or order the three-Snot DVD special from the STORE and compare the Snot performances down through the ages. It’s winter in Minnesota, what else are you doing?
Meet SNOT version 3.0
Who ARE THESE GUYS?
The absolute latest show captured on DVD and shot onstage at the Los Angeles Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival July 22, 2022.
The author of CALL ME PUKE: A LIFE ON THE DIRT CIRCUIT is back with another one! Sieve takes readers backstage through a career that has allowed him to stand in the spotlight and accept applause for performances that he maintains were largely attributable to others far more deserving. Though primarily known for his professional comedy teamwork, Sieve has never been far from a stage in contemporary and historical plays from Mamet to Shakespeare. This newest book provides a glimpse behind the curtain from summer stock to commercials, from the Twin Cities and Minnesota’s finest theaters to Off Broadway. A keen observer, Sieve applies his searing wit and his heart to some serious commentary about the times we’re living in…hence, A Disturbance in the Farce.
Free DVDs with Both Books! Order both of Puke’s literary masterpieces and get two complimentary DVDs, DANCING FOR HAM with the Original Snot, Joe Kudla, and 40 YEARS IN TIGHTS with Thomas Snot Jr, John Gamoke. Great idea for Christmas.
Call Me Puke
A Life on the Dirt Circuit by Mark Sieve
With wit and energy, Sieve weaves choice tidbits about his remarkable partnership with Joe Kudla against the backdrop of his early life in a small Minnesota town and his emerging career as an actor. A supremely affectionate book, Call Me Puke finally puts to rest his mother's oft-stated and greatest fear: "I hope I die before I find out all my kids are stupid". Narrated by the author with an assist from Scott Snot Version 3.0, this audio book will be a comfortable and entertaining companion to your next road trip.
Shot at the Royal Fox Stage at the Maryland renaissance festival in 2016, this hilarious half hour show featuring Thomas Snot Jr in the MIND READER routine gives you literally a front row seat at the show, and an idea of what it’s like for really old dudes to still be stomping around in the woods entertaining the curious throngs of festival folk who make their annual pilgrimage to the forests of Crownsville.

The original Puke and Snot album, recorded in the mists of time! A collector’s item! Most of these jokes have disappeared from the 2019 Puke and Snot shows, you can have them forever with this album. What you do with them is your own business.
MP3 Format 104.1 MB
Originally written as a screenplay, Puke and Snot turned THE COMIC-AL BUM into a Firesign Theater-styled piece when they couldn’t find anyone stupid enough to put up ten million bucks for a full-on Hollywood treatment, which, after you hear this, you will agree it deserved. Featuring seven actors in dozens of roles, this album received the Communicator Award’s MEDAL OF EXCELLENCE for its production values. The narrator is played by a distinguished Irish actor and author, Cecil Allen, an old friend of Puke’s from their theater days together in the Twin Cities. Enjoy listening to Puke & Snot get caught up in courtly intrigue as they become involved in a plot to kidnap the Queen and end up being mistaken for visiting French ambassadors, assaulted by a band of thieves and left naked outside a local brothel. Pirates, thieves, beautiful wenches, Royal treachery, language difficulties, battle scenes—it’s all here. And it’s funny as hell.
Taped live at a series of shows on the Legend Stage at the Minnesota RenFest outside the Twin Cities, pieces of this DVD are constantly showing up on YouTube and represent the best visual record of the Original Puke and Snot in their prime. The audio, editing and video quality is top notch, you’ll feel like you’re right there in the third row.
Want to track the performances of all three Snots through the years? Order all three DVDs featuring Joe Kudla, (the Original), John Gamoke (Snot Jr), and Scott Jorgenson (Scott Snot) at the ridiculously low price of $35 and we’ll throw in a free book of your choice—either the award-winning CALL ME PUKE or the followup A DISTURBANCE IN THE FARCE. Makes for a great Christmas for friends and family. Unless, of course, they were expecting something nice.
